Day 1: Learn Techniques to safely Channel Your Spirit Includesangel readings, meditation, shamanic journeys, connecting with earth elements such as crystals, and connecting with spirit elements such as angels, guides, higher selves, etc.
Day 2: Applying the techniques for Channeling Your Spirit This day is different for each group, depending on the group needs, desires and abilities. This may include working with your physical support group or your nonphysical support group; in pairs, small groups or individually as we continue to open to spirit working with us and through us for our highest good and healing.
